Join Us for a FREE Beginning Bird Walk

A bird walk is a great opportunity to enjoy nature and potentially see some great birds! We're planning for an easy 1.5 hour walk guided by our staff and our Zeiss Binocular Representative. The walk is free, but it may be cold, so be sure to dress appropriately for the weather.

If you have binoculars, you mat bring bring them. Our Zeiss Rep will also have a binoculars available for anyone that doesn't have a pair, or just wants to try them out. You'll learn how to customize your binoculars for the best views, as well as how to find, follow and identify the birds we see.

Limited parking is available along the roadside at Abrams Creek, with additional parking available at the Abrams Creek Shopping Center nearby.

We will stay on the paved walkway for the entire walk. This is an easy walk and accessible to wheelchairs and scooters.
